1. General Conditions.
Luces de Catedral does not offer a permanent reception service; therefore, the client must indicate his arrival time to the apartments to schedule the check-in, through email@example.com or 0034965168943.
Once the reservation is received, Luces de Catedral will send a confirmation email indicating all the necessary information to access the apartments. Luces de Catedral is not responsible for errors in the email provided in the reservations, which prevent direct communication with the owner of the reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside all the Luces de Catedral facilities, including stairs, main entrance, and balconies. If tobacco consumption is detected inside the facilities, Luces de Catedral may, upon notice to the guest, charge a penalty for extra cleaning.
Any modification, cancellation or action related to the reservation must be managed through the sales channel through which it was made.
Luces de Catedral will strictly comply with the policies of modification and cancellation of reservations established in the sales channels.
All guests over eighteen (18) years of age must register at the time of check-in, for which guests must present their identity document or complete the Travelers’ Part provided by Luces de Catedral electronically or physically.
The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. In case the client exceeds this capacity, Luces de Catedral will charge a penalty for each person not registered.
Access by car to the Old Town of Alicante is prohibited; it is recommended to park in the nearby public parking. In case of accessing the Old Town, the guest must provide the vehicle data for the processing of the incident before the City of Alicante. Any breach in this regard is the sole responsibility of the guest; therefore, Luces de Catedral will not respond to any claim derived from sanctioning administrative procedures initiated against the guest.
Luces de Catedral is not responsible for the objects left inside the apartments. Any object found inside the apartments after the departure of the guests, will be kept for a period of fifteen (15) days.
2. Extra beds and cots.
Luces de Catedral offers double occupancy, triple, quadruple and quintuple studies; therefore, the preparation of the beds will be done according to the information collected in each reservation. In the event that the client at the time of check-in requires more beds than those reserved, the difference resulting from accommodating all guests must be paid, according to the available occupancy.
A cot for children up to 2 years of age is available at no additional cost (upon request and according to availability).
The check-in will take place from 2:00 p.m. In case of arriving outside the opening hours, Luces de Catedral will inform the guest of the instructions to access their accommodation.
The check-out is every day until 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is not available.
4. Payment method.
Payment of the total reservation will be made according to the cancellation policy published in each booking channel, and the charge may be made at any time from the confirmation of the reservation. The credit card information is used to assure reservation.
Taxes and additional charges: VAT is included in the price. Municipal tax not applicable. Service charge not applicable.
The information of a credit card will be requested as a guarantee against damage to the facilities. If the existence of damage attributable to the guests is verified, the charge will be charged to the credit card provided, previous communication by e-mail, with detail of invoices for repairs and / or replacements.
5. Cancellation conditions.
If you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made. If you cancel later or do not show up, 100% of the first night of the reservation will be charged.
6. Additional services.
Additional services will be in charge and will be provided under the responsibility of Luces de Catedral. Payment for these services will be made according to the general conditions of contract duly published in the booking channels or those published by Luces de Catedral for specific offers.
7. Airport Transfer Service.
The private transport service is offered to and from Alicante-Elche Airport. The guest must book the service at least 12 hours in advance, indicating the flight number, number of people, type of luggage and any other special situation. Available 24 hours, every day. The regular rate is € 27-54 depending on the type of service requested. Payment will be made directly to the driver in cash. The general conditions of service are the responsibility of the collaborating company; therefore, our responsibility is limited to process the reservation and coordinate the transfer service to and from Alicante-Elche Airport.
8. Welcome Service.
To enjoy this service, please request it through the email firstname.lastname@example.org. The service will be charged according to cancellation policies duly published by Luces de Catedral.
9. Breakfast service.
To enjoy this service, please request it through the email email@example.com, indicating the number of guests and number of days you want the service. The service will be charged according to cancellation policies duly published by Luces de Catedral.
10. Cleaning and Laundry Service.
The daily cleaning service is included in the rate and will take place from 10:00 to 12:00 hours, according to the rules you will find in the apartment. If you want linens, towels or special cleaning, please communicate it to the management through firstname.lastname@example.org or to the number 0034965168943.
If you want the express laundry service, please contact us through email@example.com or 0034965168943. Please leave your clothes in the laundry bags that you will find in the apartment and confirm service for collection and delivery according to the expected time.
Delivery time: 24 hours from the time of collection of clothing, except causes not attributable to Luces de Catedral.
Payment: directly to the cleaning staff in cash.
Luces de Catedral will suggest to the clients the closest public parking to its facilities, using the information published by the companies managing those car parks; therefore, any modification will be the exclusive responsibility of said companies. If you use the Parking of the Plaza San Cristóbal, please present your ticket at reception to seal it and be able to enjoy a discount on the daily rate.
